We love to welcome new members! If you have an Etsy shop full of fantasy art, you are encouraged to join. To apply to the group, please convo Chelmorning on Etsy.

What qualifies as fantasy? Dragons, wizards, unicorns, fairies, elves, pixies, fairy tales, trolls, invented creatures, Celtic designs, Medieval items, Renaissance costumes and more. If your art is focused on one or more of these things, you'll fit right in.

Please note: Don't take it to heart if you aren't accepted for membership. It doesn't mean that you aren't talented or that we don't like your art; it just means that that the overall theme of your shop doesn't quite fit in the fantasy genre. You're always welcome to try again after you add more fantasy-themed art to your Etsy shop.

*Tag all fantasy items with "FAEteam"
(Please note that per Etsy's new directive, the team tag is changing. You do not need to change your old tags, simply begin using the new tag on your new listings)

*Mention FAE in your shop announcement or profile

*Join the Yahoo! Group to stay up to date with team information and stay special notice. Very few mail is sent special notice unless it's an important announcement for group information or updates on group happenings.

*Keep either 3 fantasy items or 10% of your stock (whichever is more) in your shop

*Respond to the monthly poll
A few words about the monthly poll. The poll will be posted once a month and will be left open all month. The poll will be asking about group matters that are relevant at that time—it may be a question on whether to set up a team shop, for example, or what themes to do for an upcoming contest. Responses to the poll will also be used to gauge member activity. If a member does not respond to the poll at all during the month, mods will reconnect with them to make sure that all is well.We all understand that life happens and a member may get sick, or have a crazy month or two prepping for shows or a span of time they'll be unavailable. All that we ask is that, when possible, you let us know in advance that you will be hanging back for that time-span. We want to help our members grow and flourish in their art, so if you ever have a problem, please let us know so we can help!
